noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure that Consumables consumption is optimized among warehouses and wastages is reduced
• Ensure that all warehouses have basic safety stocks to avoid disruptions in order processing
• Ensure that all teams are using the packaging tools properly and drive the processes on the ground
• Ensure that Purchases of Consumables from Sellers are accurately accounted for and in warding into the WMS and Consumable Management Tools
• Determine, track and Drive most important Cost KPIs to achieve company’s objective of performance and cost
• Understanding the ERP functions and reports to maximize output and efficiency
• Train, guide and evaluate new/old warehouse workers with respect to the ERP and best practices
• Planning and assigning daily work
• Addressing performance issues and improving productivity on the floor
• Communicate and collaborate with other team members
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and safety standards

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting , or relevant
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
• Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively
• Creative and analytical problem solver with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve
• capable of delivering results in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high energy environment.
