Fulfillment & Vendor Partnerships Executive

At Printerpix, we’re a global personalised gifting brand, growing fast across the UK, US, and Europe, and now expanding in Dubai. From photobooks to custom mugs, canvas prints to engraved keepsakes, we deliver joy to customers worldwide. We’re looking for a sourcing professional who can build and manage our fulfilment network in the UAE and India.

Important: Only candidates currently based in Dubai with a valid Mainland UAE Employment Visa, Family Visa, Golden Visa or Spouse Visa (not visit visas or freezone employment visas) will be considered.

What You’ll Do

• Source, evaluate, and onboard manufacturers in the personalised gifting sector across the UAE and India.
• Identify and negotiate with logistics partners, including 3PLs, direct carriers, and last-mile delivery providers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, SLAs, and turnaround times to ensure efficiency, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness.
• Connect suppliers and logistics partners into our systems, including automation and integration tools.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics, quality, cost, delivery times, and partner reliability.
• Use AI-driven sourcing tools, dashboards, and logistics automation to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sourcing aligns with campaign and product needs.
  
  

What You Bring

• 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, ideally within eCommerce, retail, gifting, or printing.
• Strong network or knowledge of UAE and Indian manufacturing and logistics.
• Proven ability to negotiate, build relationships, and close supplier partnerships.
• Hands-on, resourceful, and goal-driven with a problem-solving mindset.
• Familiarity with AI sourcing tools or workflow automation (e.g., Make, Zapier) is a plus.
