Full Body Waxing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Provide full body waxing services, including but not limited to facial, bikini, Brazilian, leg, arm, and back waxing.
• Educate clients on pre and post-waxing care to ensure optimal results and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized treatment area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction throughout each service.
• Stay updated on the latest waxing techniques, products, and trends to provide high-quality service.
• Assist in retail sales of skincare and post-waxing products to promote overall client care.
• Collaborate with the ICEY Aesthetics team to contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Esthetician or Cosmetology License required.
• 1+ years of professional waxing experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing exceptional client care.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing education and brand representation opportunities.
