Full Charge Bookkeeper

We are a growing small business seeking a part-time, detail-oriented, full charge bookkeeper to manage our daily financial operations. In this role, your main responsibilities will be for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, managing accounts payable and receivable as well as sales/purchase order entry, inventory management and preparing month end reports. The ideal candidate thrives in a small team environment, possesses strong problem-solving skills, and can work independently.

Qualifications & Skills

  • BS or Associate degree in Accounting
  • 2–5 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within a small business or accounting firm.
  • Strong expertise in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Sage100, alongside strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Solid understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and double-entry bookkeeping.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
