Full-service, promotional products and branded merchandise company looking for a part time controller/bookkeeper.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement accounting processes
- Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
- Oversee status on cash, receivables, account receivables, deposits, collections and year-to-date contributions
- Prepare financial statements; income, expense and balance sheets
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including A/R, A/P, Petty Cash and budgeting
- Maximize cash utilization and develop cash flow projections
- Oversee bookkeeping entries including receipts, donations, expenses
- Manage insurance policies, audits and payments and complete annual Workers’ Compensation Audit
- Reconcile business credit cards among multiple users (AMEX and VISA) and bank accounts
- Handle payroll processes and commission reports

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Experience in the promotional product industry
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years accounting experience
NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY DURING THE HOURS OF 9-5 EST TO PERFORM WORK. THIS IS NOT AN AFTER HOURS POSITION.
