Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant (PT)

Full-service, promotional products and branded merchandise company looking for a part time controller/bookkeeper.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement accounting processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and policies
  • Oversee status on cash, receivables, account receivables, deposits, collections and year-to-date contributions
  • Prepare financial statements; income, expense and balance sheets
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations including A/R, A/P, Petty Cash and budgeting
  • Maximize cash utilization and develop cash flow projections
  • Oversee bookkeeping entries including receipts, donations, expenses
  • Manage insurance policies, audits and payments and complete annual Workers’ Compensation Audit
  • Reconcile business credit cards among multiple users (AMEX and VISA) and bank accounts
  • Handle payroll processes and commission reports

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing
  • Ability to work effectively with co-workers
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in the promotional product industry
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance, CPA or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years accounting experience

NOTE: CANDIDATE MUST BE AVAILABLE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY DURING THE HOURS OF 9-5 EST TO PERFORM WORK. THIS IS NOT AN AFTER HOURS POSITION.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
