About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Desk Perm Recruiter to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is ideal for a high-energy, results-driven recruiting professional with proven success in Information Technology (IT) recruiting and direct hire staffing. The Full Desk Recruiter will manage the complete recruiting lifecycle - building and nurturing client relationships, generating job orders, sourcing and screening top-tier candidates, coordinating interviews, and negotiating offers to successful placement. This is a hybrid position requiring both on-site and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Client Management

Identify, pursue, and secure new clients through outbound outreach and relationship-building.

Develop a strong understanding of client hiring needs and company culture.

Take detailed job orders and create compelling job descriptions.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the hiring process.

Manage expectations, timelines, and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
Candidate Sourcing & Recruitment

Source qualified IT professionals using job boards, networking, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.

Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including skills assessments and behavioral interviews.

Present qualified candidates to clients with clear summaries and recommendations.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Manage the offer and negotiation process to secure successful placements.
Full-Cycle Desk Management

Oversee the recruitment process from business development through placement.

Maintain detailed records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry best practices.

Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and placement goals.
Required Qualifications

2+ years of IT recruiting experience (agency environment preferred).

Direct hire / permanent placement staffing experience required.

Proven success operating a full desk (client development + recruiting).

Strong sourcing skills across multiple platforms and candidate pipelines.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.

Ability to manage multiple searches and client needs simultaneously.
