Our client, a Denmark-based social well being company, is looking for a versatile Full-Funnel Marketing Specialist to manage their marketing activities across Facebook and Instagram, lead generation funnels, and client follow-ups. This is a hands-on role requiring a mix of creative, technical, and operational skills. The ideal candidate can produce engaging ad creatives, build high-converting funnels, and run automated follow-up processes, while also being open to learning and taking on new skills over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Facebook and Instagram marketing campaigns
• Produce ad creatives, including copy, images, and videos
• Build and manage landing pages via GHL (Go High Level), integrated with the booking system
• Implement lead capture, booking flows, and follow-up processes
• Contact leads by text if they do not book themselves
• Build automated follow-ups via SMS and email campaigns
• Develop ongoing “evergreen” informational email flows based on marketing principles (benefits, needs, problem-solving)
• Depending on workload, assist with or build integrations for client accounting setup
• Collaborate directly with management and be open to onboarding in new daily processes

Requirements

• Proven experience with Facebook and Instagram marketing
• Strong creative skills: ability to produce compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content
• Experience with Go High Level (GHL) or similar funnel-building platforms
• Solid understanding of lead generation funnels and marketing automation
• Comfortable with client communication via phone, SMS, and email
• Strong written communication skills in English
• Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new skills
• Bonus: Experience with CRM or accounting integrations
