Full stack Data Analyst

Objectives of this role

• Develop, implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks
• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Evaluate organization al methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets
• Create best-practice rep orts based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Evaluate in tern al systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
• Work directly with man agers an d users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Position Responsibilities:

• Work with various cross function al teams to explore data and figure out all the data, Collect data from various data sources, perform wrangling needed to clean, curate the data
• Recognize, analyze, and describe complex data set trends and patterns
• Screen an d cleanse data by reviewing reports, performance indicators to find and communicate data problems to other concerned teams
• Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources
• Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
• Collaborate with cross-function al teams to prioritize business and information needs
• provide on -call support for the platform and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysts, data engineering, or other data related roles
• Hands-on experience in at least one query language, especially SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with Amazon Webservices, S3, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Quick sights, etc.
• Proven experience in a data analytics role with a strong focus on exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and PySpark specifically for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets within the Databricks platform.
• Demonstrated ability to create insightful visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, PowerBI.
• Experience in any data visualization tool, such as Matplotlib, Plotly, D3.js, ggplot, or any other open-source software.
• Strong statistical knowledge and an intuitive understanding of data distributions, and anomalies.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity and passion to learn with a strong bias to action

Nice-to-Have

• Experience analyzing location/geospatial data.
• Familiarity with datasets from the automotive industry.
• Experience with data integration from multiple sources

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
