Full Stack Developer | Ahmedabad (Work from Office)

Position Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in building high-performance, scalable, and enterprise-level applications. You will be part of a talented development team working on mission-critical projects across the full software development lifecycle — from concept and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

While experience with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) is highly desirable, we value strong fundamentals in full stack development using modern technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications (frontend & backend).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with good test coverage.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Deploy applications and monitor performance.
• Continuously explore, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Redux, and React Hooks is a plus.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and integration with front-end components.
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Familiarity with build tools and package managers like Webpack, NPM/Yarn.
• Knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases.
• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of full-time experience in full stack development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Must be proactive, self-motivated, and disciplined in task execution.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
