Job Title: Fullstack Developer– Android & iOS | MERN STACK (React Native & NODE.JS)

Job Location: Coimbatore

Experience: Minimum 4+yrs

Job Type: Full-time – Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a cross-functional development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring
• Architect, design, and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Build and manage hybrid mobile applications using React Native
• Experience in design and development of backend tool like admin panel.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, system design, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Deploy applications to iOS App Store and Google Play Store
• Manage cloud infrastructure and ensure optimized application hosting and performance
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services
• Handle live production support, issue resolution, and ongoing maintenance
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UI/UX teams, QA, and other stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance product quality and team productivity

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Development, with a strong focus on the MERN stack
• Proven experience in React Native for building cross-platform mobile applications
• Strong experience in application architecture design and technical decision-making
• Hands-on experience in deploying mobile apps to the iOS App Store and Google Play Store
• Expertise in cloud platforms for deployment and hosting
• Proficiency with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and DevOps tools
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills
• Experience with live production support and high-availability systems
• Excellent understanding of application security, scalability, and performance best practices
• Experience working in finance, billing, or payment systems is required
• Previous experience in startup environments or product-based companies preferred
• Experience in all phases of testing along with bug fixing.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
