Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in React.js, Next.js, and Node.js. The candidate should be capable of handling projects independently while also working effectively within a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js and manage server-side deployment using Node.js.
• Build reusable front-end components and ensure smooth execution of Node.js applications.
• Develop and maintain applications using React.js and Next.js where applicable.
• Implement server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into functional, high-quality code.
• Optimize components for performance across various devices and browsers.
• Perform regular backups and implement recovery strategies for Node.js applications hosted on VPS.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in React.js and Node.js.
• Interpret business and technical requirements to deliver effective solutions.
• Oversee projects from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Manage multiple assignments efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of full-stack development experience using React.js and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with Redux, Express.js, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with Next.js for routing, SSR, SSG, and API routes.
• Familiarity with MongoDB or MySQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Google Cloud).
• Proficiency with Git and version control practices.
• Ability to build responsive UI and real-time applications (e.g., with Socket.io).
• Understanding of security best practices, code splitting, and lazy loading.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Awareness of AI tools and integrations to improve development productivity or automate tasks.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
