Role Overview

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer (Node.js) with strong backend expertise and solid frontend fundamentals to build, ship, and maintain production-grade AI-driven web applications.
This is an onsite role (5 days/week) with performance incentives for delivering complete project milestones on or before deadlines.

Candidates with experience in AI Voice Agents, Retell AI, Vapi, or automation systems (n8n, LangChain, etc.) will be highly preferred.

⚠Important: Frontend-only developers should not apply. This position requires backend-first, full stack capabilities with Node.js.Key Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable Node.js (Express/NestJS) APIs and backend services.
• Build integrations with external APIs (Twilio, Retell, Vapi, OpenAI, Supabase, etc.).
• Design and optimize database schemas in MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Develop responsive, maintainable frontend interfaces using React.js or Next.js when needed.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and secure API communication.
• Work with AI/automation tools (e.g., LangChain, n8n, Retell AI, Vapi, OpenAI APIs) to build intelligent agents and workflows.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to scope features and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Write clean, testable, well-documented code and follow Git-based CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills

• 1–3 years of professional experience in Node.js / Express / NestJS development.
• Strong understanding of API architecture, async programming, and microservices.
• Experience with MongoDB or PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
• Familiarity with React.js or Next.js for building modern UIs.
• Knowledge of authentication (JWT/OAuth), error handling, and state management.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to handle production-level performance issues.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI Voice Agents (Retell AI, Vapi, Twilio).
• Worked on automation systems (n8n, LangChain, Supabase, OpenAI, etc.).
• Familiarity with webhooks, queues, and background jobs.
• Knowledge of Docker or AWS Amplify / Lambda deployment pipelines.
• Exposure to AI chatbots, agent frameworks, or speech-to-text integrations.
