Senior Full Stack Developer (Laravel + React.js)

We’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Laravel and React.js to join our growing development team. You'll work on end-to-end feature development, contribute to scalable architecture, Perform Code Reviews of your team members and help bring modern web applications to life.

Job Description:

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services using Laravel (PHP).
• Develop dynamic and responsive frontends using React.js.
• Collaborate with designers and fellow developers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across the stack.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Take leading role in code reviews.
• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful APIs to ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Stay current with emerging tools, technologies, and best practices in full stack development.
• Identify and resolve performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges through effective troubleshooting and debugging.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong backend experience with Laravel.
• At least 2 years of experience in React.js with a solid understanding of component-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and styling frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Experience working with MySQL and writing optimized, efficient database queries.
• Familiarity with build tools and bundlers like Webpack, Vite, or similar.
• Knowledge of TypeScript and experience with Server-Side Rendering (SSR) techniques.
• Practical understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs320,000.00 per month
