Full Stack Developer

About the Role

Source Tek is hiring a Full Stack Developer for one of its clients in Lahore.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using React.js, Java, and Svelte.js.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver robust and maintainable solutions.
• Configure cloud environments and CI/CD workflows using AWS, Railway, and GitHub Actions.
• Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB) with a focus on normalization and query efficiency.
• Implement secure and reliable backend integrations and APIs.
• Apply OOP principles and best practices in coding and architecture.
• Work with message queue systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.
• Troubleshoot, document, and continuously improve system performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Technical Expertise:
• Frontend: React.js, Svelte.js, Java
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Railway, GitHub Actions (CI/CD)
• Database: MySQL, MongoDB, normalization, query optimization
• Additional: Kafka, RabbitMQ, OOP concepts
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Compensation

PKR 100,000 – 180,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
