Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in Java/.NET, Angular/React, Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, and cloud exposure (Azure). The ideal candidate should be able to independently develop high-quality, error-free code, participate in design, guide junior developers, and support technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, test, debug, and document high-quality code.


Work on front-end components using React or Angular.


Build backend services using Java/.NET, Spring Boot, Microservices.


Participate in design discussions & contribute to LLD.


Identify and fix defects; perform RCA.


Review unit tests and ensure code quality standards.


Mentor junior developers and support module-level activities.


Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.


Manage release activities and ensure timely delivery.



Required Skills:



Strong in Java/.NET, Spring Boot, Microservices


Proficient in React or Angular


Good understanding of DBMS, REST APIs, OOP, Design Patterns


Experience with Azure (preferred)


Strong problem-solving and communication skills


Ability to guide junior team members
