Full Stack Developer

Sourcetek, a portfolio company of The Services Tree, is hiring a Full Stack Developer for one of its clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johar Town, Lahore during morning shift timings.

Role Overview

We are seeking a strong Full Stack Developer with a primary focus on backend development using Java Spring Boot. The role involves building scalable backend services, integrating front-end applications, and working on systems involving ERP modules, financial data, and high-performance transactional workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and modern architectural patterns.
• Build and integrate front-end interfaces using React or Svelte.
• Create scalable, event-driven components using Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar message queues.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and design efficient schemas.
• Work with NoSQL databases for high-speed retrieval use cases.
• Build secure, high-performance APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Utilize AWS Cloud services for deployment, scaling, and automation.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of React or Svelte.
• Understanding of scalable distributed systems.
• Practical experience with message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS).
• Strong concepts of OOP, data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with PostgreSQL including optimized SQL writing and performance analysis.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, microservices, and cloud environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems or financial ledger modules.
• Familiarity with caching, Pub/Sub, and real-time communication.
