Full-Stack Developer

At Nexterse, we’re looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building high-quality web applications. You’ll work remotely with our team to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and performant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Django (back-end) and modern front-end technologies
• Implement APIs, business logic, and database models in Django
• Build rich client-side features using JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular)
• Integrate with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other)
• Write clean, testable, and efficient code
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and architecture discussions
• Work collaboratively with product managers, designers, and other developers

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with strong Django expertise
• Proficient in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript + a JS framework)
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and consumption
• Use of version control systems (Git)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote setting
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Docker or containerization
• Experience with unit testing and automated testing
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
