FULL STACK DEVELOPER

We’re Hiring: Senior MERN Stack Developer (3+ Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for building scalable, high-performance applications. In this role, you will lead development initiatives, mentor junior developers, and architect end-to-end solutions using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities

• Must have at least 3 years of professional onsite experience in full-stack MERN development.
• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Architect secure, scalable, and high-performing front-end and back-end solutions.
• Develop modular, reusable, and efficient components and services.
• Create and optimize database schemas, enhance MongoDB performance, and improve data structures.
• Manage complex API integrations and ensure seamless communication between client and server.
• Diagnose and resolve production-level issues while enhancing application reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with design, product, and QA teams to deliver robust, user-centered features.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help improve overall development standards.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, best coding practices, and security guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a MERN or Full-Stack Developer.
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and modern front-end architecture.
• Strong expertise in MongoDB, database optimization, and RESTful API development.
• Solid understanding of performance tuning, scalable component design, and responsive UI development.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in leading or mentoring development teams is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or server-side rendering frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Firebase, Docker, or other cloud platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
