About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React, Node.js, and hands-on experience in Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable applications, managing cloud-based deployments, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Knowledge of PostgreSQL and exposure to MLOps or Azure ML Studio will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Build scalable, high-performance features and ensure clean, maintainable code.
• Work extensively with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments.
• Integrate and manage databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with the product, QA, DevOps, and data teams to deliver high-quality features.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural planning.
• Optimize system performance and ensure application reliability and security.
• Support and enhance cloud-based application workflows and deployment processes.
• (Bonus) Contribute to MLOps tasks or work with Azure ML Studio for model integration and workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and Node.js development.
• Azure DevOps hands-on experience (CI/CD pipelines, repositories, deployments) — critical.
• Working knowledge of PostgreSQL, database design, and query optimization (preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of software development best practices, version control, and agile methodologies.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• (Bonus) Experience with MLOps, Azure ML Studio, or integrating ML workflows into applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and secure application development.
• Exposure to monitoring tools, logging frameworks, and production support best practices.
