Full Stack Developer

SourceTeK (a portfolio company of The Services Tree) is hiring a Full Stack Developer for one of its clients. This is an excellent opportunity to work on scalable, modern systems in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strong full stack engineer with a backend focus (Java Spring Boot) and solid experience in React or Svelte for the frontend. The role involves building high-performance systems, ERP modules, financial workflows, and cloud-based architectures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and scalable patterns.
• Build and integrate responsive front-end interfaces using React or Svelte.
• Design event-driven components using Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.
• Optimize PostgreSQL databases and write efficient SQL.
• Implement secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices.
• Work with AWS Cloud for deployment, scaling, and containerization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.

Required Skills

• Hands-on development with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
• Experience with React or Svelte
• Solid understanding of distributed systems & microservices
• Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ / SQS
• Strong OOP, data structures, algorithms
• Expertise in PostgreSQL and query performance
• Exposure to NoSQL
• Knowledge of Git, CI/CD, cloud tools (preferably AWS)

Nice to Have

• Experience with ERP systems or financial ledger modules
• Knowledge of caching, Pub/Sub, real-time processing
