About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end

development of projects — from planning and architecture to deployment and maintenance.

The role involves building custom in-house software solutions for our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Plan, design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom web applications

● Develop Admin Panels, Dashboards,backend APIs and Custom Web Applications

● Build SEO-friendly websites with optimized performance

● Manage, optimize, and secure databases (MongoDB / SQL / PostgreSQL)

● Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data protection

● Deploy applications on cloud servers and manage environments securely

● Handle server security, environment variables, backups, and basic monitoring

● Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions

● Collaborate with internal teams to understand business requirements

Required Skills (Must Have)

● NEXT.JS (NEST)

● MERN Stack - MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js

● Strong understanding of REST APIs]

● Good problem-solving and debugging skills

Additional Skills

● SQL / Database Knowledge

● Python

● React Native

● PostgreSQL

● AWS (EC2, S3, basic cloud services)

● Cloud deployment & server management

● Github/ Git / Version Control
