Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Hands-on knowledge of Agentic AI technologies is mandatory, with a focus on building intelligent, autonomous, and workflow-driven systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end architectures.
• Work with React, Node.js, SQL, and Agentic AI integrations and tools.
• Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code and REST APIs.
• Design and integrate agentic AI workflows, autonomous agents, and decision-making systems into applications.
• Integrate AI/Agentic AI models or APIs as required.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Ensure application security, proper documentation, and cross-platform compatibility.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong hands-on knowledge of React, Node.js, and SQL.
• Mandatory understanding of Agentic AI concepts, architectures, and tools.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with modern development stacks, cloud services, and UI/UX fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Application Question(s):

• Also, there will be a service agreement of 18 Months to 24 Months (depending upon the organization) & you need to sign an agreement for the same. So, are you comfortable with that?
• Do you have Knowledge and practical understanding of AI technologies? If yes, than how many years of experience do you have?
• Do you have hands-on experience and good command of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar technologies?
• Please note that all interview rounds will be conducted offline (Face-to-Face). There will be no online interviews. So, are you comfortable with that?
