Full Stack Developer (Arabic Speaking)

Strategic Objective

To accelerate development processes and strengthen coordination with the offshore development team, ensuring seamless delivery of innovative and secure B2B financial and banking applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Development
• Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of financial applications (web and mobile).
• Build scalable, secure, and high-performing systems tailored to financial institutions and B2B clients.
• Team & Stakeholder Coordination
• Liaise daily with the offshore development team, ensuring alignment on project milestones, technical specifications, and marketing requirements.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, compliance, and operations) to translate technical needs into actionable development tasks.
• Code Quality & Technical Assurance
• Review code for adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
• Ensure rigorous testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of critical issues.
• Manage deployment pipelines and coordinate system updates with minimal disruption.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor emerging AI-driven technologies and explore opportunities to enhance user experience, automation, and analytics within company platforms.
• Recommend system enhancements and improvements from a marketing and business growth perspective.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Provide weekly technical progress reports to management, highlighting risks, challenges, and solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and development updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying payment systems, financial applications, or banking platforms.
• Proven expertise in full-stack development with proficiency in both front-end (e.g., React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Java, .NET, Python).
• Strong knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), APIs, and integration frameworks.
• Experience in managing and collaborating with remote/offshore teams.
• Exposure to UI/UX design principles and ability to implement intuitive user interfaces.
• Familiarity with security standards, compliance requirements, and data protection in financial applications.

Technical Skills (Preferred):

• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of AI/ML integrations for marketing and business optimization
