Full Stack Developer (Backend-Focused, AI Solutions)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus who can lead a development team and deliver high-quality, production-ready AI solutions. This role requires hands-on experience shipping real-world applications to clients, along with the ability to maintain engineering quality across the team.

Key Responsibilities

· Design and build scalable backend services and API using Python (FastAPI/Django) and Node.js (NestJS/Express)

· Develop and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs

· Containerize and deploy applications using Docker

· Integrate LLMs using OpenRouter and implement Agentic AI workflows

· Build RAG pipelines with vector databases

· Work with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and MongoDB

· Implement and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines

· Deploy and monitor services on AWS / GCP / Azure

· Collaborate closely with product, frontend, and DevOps teams on-site
Ensure performance, security, and reliability of production systems

· Lead a small team and own code quality, reviews, and best practices

Required Skills

· Strong backend experience (Node.js / Python / Java or similar)

· Proven track record of delivering and deploying multiple real-world projects

· Experience building AI-powered applications using LLMs

· Hands-on experience with agentic AI workflows and tool calling

· Experience using OpenRouter or multi-model LLM setups

· Ability to lead developers, review code, and enforce quality

· Solid understanding of databases, authentication, and APIs

· Production deployment experience (cloud, CI/CD, or similar)
