PORTALAB IT is a founded Digital Startup Studio with over 15 years of experience building and scaling successful SaaS platforms and automated digital services across Europe.

In October 2025, we officially launched our new Tech & Development Hub in Business Bay, Dubai, with a mission to industrialize digital product creation — building and scaling dozens of SaaS platforms every year.

We work only on our own products, which means no external clients — just full ownership, innovation, and speed.

Your Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Developer who can deliver production-ready SaaS applications from frontend to backend.

You’ll collaborate with our Head of Technology & AI and the design team to build fast, secure, and scalable web apps with great UX and strong SEO foundations.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js / React (frontend) and Node.js / Python (backend).
• Design and integrate REST / JSON APIs and work with PostgreSQL or MongoDB databases.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth, RBAC, permissions, sessions).
• Integrate Stripe or Norbr for payments, subscriptions, and invoicing.
• Configure analytics tracking (GTM, GA4, Google Ads, Consent Mode v2) for all key events and funnels.
• Ensure SEO and performance optimization (SSR, Core Web Vitals, meta tags, sitemaps, hreflang).
• Build, test, and deploy applications using Docker, GitHub Actions, Vercel, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
• Monitor logs, errors, uptime, and API performance to ensure high stability.
• Collaborate closely with designers to deliver responsive and user-friendly interfaces.

Must-Have Skills

✅ Frontend:

• Next.js 13 + / React / TypeScript / Tailwind CSS
• SEO optimization, SSR, and accessibility basics

✅ Backend:

• Node.js (Express / Nest / Fastify) and/or Python (Flask / Django)
• PostgreSQL or MongoDB (schema design, queries, indexing)
• ORM / ODM (Prisma / TypeORM / Mongoose)
• Redis for caching, queues, and rate limiting

✅ Additional Core Skills:

• JWT, OAuth2, and SSO (Google, Microsoft)
• Stripe or Norbr API integration (billing, subscriptions, webhooks)
• GA4 + GTM setup, conversion tracking, and analytics
• CI/CD pipelines, Docker, GitHub Actions or Pipelines
• Cloud deployment (Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean, Azure)
• Clean, maintainable code and solid Git practices

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with:

• LangChain / LLM integration (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
• File conversion, PDF/image parsing (pdfminer, ImageMagick, OCR)
• Consent Management Platforms (CMP, Consent Mode v2)
• Email delivery systems (SendGrid, Postmark, SMTP APIs)
• Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / Pulumi)
• Real-time APIs (WebSockets)
• API cost/performance monitoring and optimization

Profile We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Shipped at least one production SaaS or subscription-based app.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Curious, adaptable, and comfortable working on multiple projects.
• Professional English required (French is a plus).
