Web Developer – PHP, WordPress & eCommerce

We are hiring a skilled Web Developer with strong experience in PHP, WordPress, and WooCommerce to manage, maintain, and build modern, responsive websites. You’ll be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, server management, and optimization of web performance. If you have hands-on experience working with websites in the UAE/GCC market and a passion for clean, scalable code – we’d love to hear from you.

Your Role Includes:

• Managing and upgrading existing Core PHP-based systems (CRM, dashboards, etc.)
• Customizing and maintaining WordPress/WooCommerce websites
• Creating responsive and mobile-friendly web interfaces
• Writing efficient MySQL (PDO) queries and managing database logic
• Handling domain, hosting, DNS, and cPanel/server-related tasks
• Monitoring uptime, improving performance, and implementing backups
• Ensuring websites meet SEO best practices and load efficiently

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Applications or related field
• 4+ years of experience in PHP web development, preferably in the UAE or GCC
• Core PHP & MySQL (PDO)
• WordPress, WooCommerce
• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax
• Bootstrap
• Hosting/DNS management
• Shopify experience is a bonus
• Basic skills in Photoshop, Illustrator or graphic editing
• UI/UX skills to create user-friendly interfaces
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office package
• Portfolio or sample projects (must be included with your application)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
