Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), ReactJS, Celery, and Redis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining both the frontend and backend components of web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and excellent user experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Django/DRF for backend and ReactJS for frontend.

· Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend interfaces.

· Develop reusable and efficient components in ReactJS with modern design principles.

· Manage asynchronous tasks and background jobs using Celery and Redis.

· Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and reliability.

· Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

· Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices.

· Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and code reviews.

· Deploy and manage applications on cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).

· Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

· 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer.

· Strong expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework.

· Proficiency in frontend development using ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, ES6+).

· Experience with task queues and asynchronous processing using Celery and Redis.

· Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.

· Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM concepts.

· Knowledge of Git version control and collaborative workflows.

· Understanding of containerization (Docker) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD).

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an Agile environment.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with training machine learning models or AI model integration.

· Strong knowledge of Core Python for building desktop applications.

· Experience with modular architectures and scalable system design.

· Familiarity with TypeScript or Next.js.

· Knowledge of GraphQL or WebSockets.

· Understanding of caching mechanisms and performance optimization.

· Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS Lambda, S3, or EC2.
