Full Stack Developer (Frontend-Focused | React + PHP/Joomla)

Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad (Onsite)
Working Hours: Night Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a frontend focus to join our team and help enhance a client’s comprehensive customer portal website. The project involves a Joomla-based application running a custom plugin with a PHP backend and a React frontend.

You will take ownership of implementing new features, improving frontend components, and translating Figma wireframes into pixel-perfect, responsive web interfaces — while ensuring seamless integration with existing code and backend logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement new frontend and backend features in line with existing code patterns.
• Translate Figma wireframes into pixel-perfect React components.
• Redesign and enhance UI components using modern design principles.
• Collaborate closely with senior engineers and product leads to refine requirements.
• Customize PHP Joomla templates to align with Figma designs.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing full stack web applications.
• Strong understanding of React, including hooks and data fetching patterns.
• Experience with PHP (preferably vanilla PHP or Joomla API patterns).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, component-based architecture, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work independently and deliver clean, maintainable code.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience customizing or extending Joomla 4 or 5.
• Prior work integrating React frontends with PHP backends.
• Familiarity with Docker environments.
• Knowledge of Figma-to-code translation best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
