About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our team in a full-time, day-shift position. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of hands-on experience building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems.
As part of our development team, you will work on creating scalable, high-quality web applications while collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies
• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces and secure, efficient backend services
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Contribute to documentation, coding standards, and best practices

Required Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional Full Stack Development experience
• Strong frontend skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks such as React or Vue
• Solid backend knowledge in Node.js, Python, Java, or similar languages
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with Git and collaborative version control workflows
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a productive team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
• Experience with agile development methodologies

• Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Monday to Friday
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Full-time, on-site role
