Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Developer to join the Information Security team supporting enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. This role focuses on designing, developing, customizing, and troubleshooting access management solutions utilizing SailPoint. The position requires strong hands-on experience in Java development, RESTful services, and API integrations, as well as the ability to work within a complex, enterprise-scale environment.


The role is hybrid, requiring 4 days onsite per week in either Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, customize, and troubleshoot SailPoint-based IAM solutions for provisioning, access requests, and authorization.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including IT Security, Operations, and Application Development—to define and implement IAM best practices.
  • Integrate applications with SailPoint using connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, MS Entra ID, Web-API, Database, Mainframe, and Snowflake.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful web services and Java-based components to support access management workflows.
  • Provide Level 3 (L3) support for escalated IAM issues, including audit responses and ad-hoc troubleshooting.
  • Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and scalability of SailPoint environments.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development, contributing to version control, compliance adherence, and continuous improvement.
  • Create and maintain documentation and operational guidance for IAM processes.


Qualifications:

  • 8–10 years of experience in information security or related technology fields.
  • 8+ years of experience developing, implementing, and troubleshooting SailPoint IAM solutions on on-premises platforms.
  • Strong experience in Java/J2EE, BeanShell scripting, and RESTful service development.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and SQL query development.
  • Experience in Full-Stack development on Unix platforms.
  • Experience with JMeter and other performance monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development practices.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering required.


Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with SailPoint Cloud versions.
  • Experience with other IAM tools such as Okta or Saviynt.
  • Knowledge of Apache Web Tier and Tomcat App Tier tuning and troubleshooting.
