Position Overview:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer Intern who can work on Django for backend development and React for frontend development. You will collaborate with our engineering team to build, enhance, and maintain web applications, contributing to both server-side logic and client-side user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to design, develop, test, and deploy full stack web applications.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Django/Django REST Framework.
• Develop responsive, interactive UI components and pages using React.
• Integrate frontend components with backend APIs and ensure smooth data flow.
• Work with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL) for schema design, queries, and optimization.
• Participate in code reviews, follow coding standards, and contribute to technical documentation.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across the stack (frontend, backend, database).
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and senior developers to deliver features on time.
• Follow Git-based version control workflows and basic CI/CD practices (if applicable).

Required Skills & Technologies:

Backend (Mandatory):

• Strong understanding of Python
• Hands-on experience with Django (and preferably Django REST Framework)
• Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization
• Basic understanding of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ORMs

Frontend (Mandatory):

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React and component-based architecture
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Understanding of state management (React hooks, Context API; Redux is a plus)

General / Additional:

• Experience with Git and platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket
• Basic understanding of RESTful architecture and client–server communication
• Familiarity with API integration, JSON, and browser dev tools
• Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a collaborative team environment

Good to Have (Preferred):

• Experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
• Knowledge of TypeScript in React
• Familiarity with Docker or containerized environments
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps concepts
• Experience working on personal projects or previous internships in web development
• Exposure to unit testing (PyTest, Django tests, Jest, React Testing Library, etc.)

Eligibility:

• Students in their final or pre-final year of B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc (CS/IT) / MCA or related fields
• Or recent graduates looking for hands-on full stack experience
• Availability for a full-time internship for the defined duration

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
