About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack IT Developer proficient in the MERN stack to join our team. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end development, deployment, and optimization of web applications with strong technical and analytical abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy high-quality web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth functionality across the platform.
• Implement responsive UI/UX using Tailwind CSS and ensure SEO-optimized front-end structures.
• Manage VPS environments, Linux servers, and automated code deployments.
• Integrate and maintain payment gateways securely and efficiently.
• Optimize database performance, indexing, and overall application security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance and stability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of hands-on full-stack development experience using the MERN stack.
• Strong expertise in REST API development, integration, and Git-based version control.
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS, responsive UI development, and SEO best practices.
• Working knowledge of VPS management, Linux systems, and automated deployments.
• Experience in payment gateway integration.
• In-depth understanding of database security, indexing strategies, and performance optimization.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Optional / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Docker, Next.js, or CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of cloud environments or microservices architecture.
