Full Stack Developer – L3

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer (L3) to join our remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications
• Build scalable and high-performance backend APIs and services
• Develop responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices
• Ensure application security, performance, and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with front-end technologies (React / Angular / Vue)
• Strong backend development experience (Node.js / Python / Java / .NET)
• Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Proficiency in databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Strong understanding of version control systems (Git)
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is a plus
• Good understanding of system design and scalable architecture

Language Requirement

• Arabic: Mandatory (Reading, Writing, and Communication)
• English proficiency is also required for technical communication
