Full Stack Developer (Laravel & Vue.js)

Role & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable modules, websites, admin panels, and web applications using PHP.
• Build and manage robust database schemas that accurately represent and support business processes.
• Collaborate effectively using online tools for version control, bug tracking, project management, and Git repository management.
• Participate in all phases of the web development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs, ensuring proper documentation and performance optimization.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions within defined timelines.

Required Skill Set

• Strong expertise in PHP web frameworks, particularly Laravel (with Livewire).
• Solid understanding of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS/Less, JavaScript, and Next.js for building modern web applications.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, along with their declarative query languages.
• Proficiency in Git and other code versioning tools.
• Experience in API creation, integration, documentation, and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with frontend frameworks:
• Vue.js (Mandatory)
• React.js (Good to have)
• Experience working with development tools and environments such as IDEs, package managers, Git, Linux-based OS, and shell scripting.
• Practical experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into web applications, including prompt design and response optimization.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of relevant professional experience in full-stack web development.
• Proven experience in programming and debugging business-critical applications.
• End-to-end full-stack application development experience, covering design, engineering, testing, and deployment.
• Working knowledge of Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• 1+ year of experience working with cloud-based, system-level, or containerized applications.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices, coding standards, and software architecture principles.
• Domain knowledge relevant to business application development.
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
