Full Stack Developer (Laravel/React)

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in Laravel and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend and frontend expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel (PHP) and React.js
• Build and consume RESTful APIs
• Design and implement database structures using MySQL / PostgreSQL
• Write clean, secure, and maintainable code following best practices
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance
• Participate in code reviews and follow version control best practices
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer
• Strong experience with Laravel framework
• Solid knowledge of React.js, Hooks, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind / Bootstrap
• Proficiency in REST APIs and JSON
• Strong experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Understanding of authentication, authorization, and role-based access control

Good to Have

• Experience with Redux / Context API
• Knowledge of Docker, CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with GCP
• Experience with testing tools and performance optimization
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
