Full stack Developer (MERN)

We are looking for a Full-Stack MERN Developer who is passionate about building robust, scalable web applications. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components of our web platform using the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

As part of our engineering team, you’ll collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions that solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Collaborate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive and interactive UI components.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and the MERN stack.
• Strong proficiency in React.js including Hooks, Context API, and component lifecycles.
• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Proficient with MongoDB and Mongoose for database design and integration.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous programming.
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience with unit testing and debugging tools.
• Understanding of deployment and CI/CD pipelines.
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience with front-end state management tools like Redux or Zustand.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience deploying on AWS, Heroku, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Docker or containerization tools.
• Basic understanding of DevOps or MLOps.
