Full Stack Developer (Night Shift)

Role Overview
As our Full Stack Developer, you will:

• Develop custom-coded websites for brand identities (not just templates).
• Build and maintain company CRMs tailored to sales, lead management, and automation workflows.
• Create and integrate Twilio-based dialers and messaging systems (10DLC, toll-free, SIP integrations, APIs).
• Design efficient, scalable backend systems with a focus on security and performance.
• Collaborate with business and design teams to transform requirements into functional solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong proficiency in front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar).
• Experience with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Proven ability to build custom CRM platforms (not only plugins).
• Expertise with Twilio APIs (voice, SMS, dialer setup, call flows).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and cloud hosting.
• Solid understanding of authentication, role management, and secure data handling.
• Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and deliver on deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with WebRTC or SIP dialers.
• Familiarity with eCommerce integrations (Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
• UI/UX design awareness for polished end-user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
