Full Stack Developer (Night Shift)

Job Title: Full Stack Developer
Location: Karachi (On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and fast-learning Full Stack Developer with mid-level experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend and backend development skills with a low-code/no-code mindset, leveraging tools like Zapier, n8n, and Make to automate workflows and accelerate business processes, alongside building scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack web applications (frontend & backend).
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to transform requirements into functional solutions.
• Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs / GraphQL services.
• Work with SQL & NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Create and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and integration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in full stack web development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks.
• Strong backend expertise in Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/Flask).
• Good understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Mindset for combining custom code + low-code/no-code tools to deliver efficient solutions.
