Full Stack Developer (On-site)

We are seeking an experienced and talented Full Stack Developer to join our growing digital marketing and technology team in Sialkot. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience in web development, with a strong focus on front-end design, performance optimization, and CMS-based development (WordPress & Shopify).

You’ll be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing websites for our real estate, eCommerce, and B2B projects. This includes developing fully custom themes, integrating APIs, improving site speed, and ensuring flawless user experience across all devices. The role requires both creativity and technical depth — perfect for someone who enjoys turning marketing ideas into functional, high-performing digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain fully custom websites using WordPress and Shopify.
• Build responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Implement tracking codes, analytics scripts, and pixel integrations for marketing campaigns.
• Manage API integrations, third-party plugins, and CRM connections.
• Troubleshoot bugs, performance issues, and plugin conflicts quickly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and SEO teams to improve user experience and site functionality.
• Ensure site security, regular backups, and proper version control.
• Optimize websites for SEO, mobile performance, and loading speed.Build and maintain custom landing pages for advertising campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest web technologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack or Web Developer.
• Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (and frameworks like jQuery or React).
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and CMS customization (WordPress & Shopify).
• Experience with theme and plugin customization, custom post types, and API integrations.
• Understanding of SEO-friendly development, schema markup, and page speed optimization.
• Basic knowledge of version control tools (Git) and web hosting environments (cPanel, FTP).
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, ownership mentality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Shopify Liquid, custom apps, or API-based integrations.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, analytics setup, and event tracking.
• Knowledge of modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, or Next.js).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and design collaboration tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
