Full Stack Developer – Python (Django) & React / React Native

Overview
We’re seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong skills in Python (preferably Django) along with experience in either ReactJS or React Native. You’ll join a dynamic and innovative tech team where your work will directly influence real-world products. From building to refining and scaling systems, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python and Django.
• Create engaging, responsive user interfaces with ReactJS or mobile-focused apps using React Native.
• Integrate frontend and backend through well-structured APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Work alongside UI/UX designers and product managers to implement user-friendly features.
• Identify and resolve bugs or performance bottlenecks, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies, and suggest improvements to the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience developing complete applications with Python and React.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design, database schemas, and ORM tools such as Django ORM.
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and version control systems like GitHub or GitLab.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexible, quick to adapt, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
