Full-Stack Developer (QA & Front-End Support)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer whose primary responsibility is testing PHP/Laravel applications to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability. The candidate will also provide front-end support using HTML and CSS, assisting in layout adjustments, minor UI design, and ensuring the overall quality of web applications. This role bridges development, QA, and front-end design to maintain robust, user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Testing / QA (Primary Responsibility)

• Perform manual and functional testing of PHP/ Laravel applications to validate features and workflows.
• Conduct API and integration testing for backend functionality.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and issues, ensuring timely resolution with the development team.
• Validate backend workflows, database interactions, and business logic for accuracy and consistency.
• Perform testing after updates, deployments, or bug fixes.
• Prepare test reports and maintain comprehensive QA documentation.

2. Front-End Design / UI Support (Primary Responsibility)

• Convert Figma designs into HTML/CSS with pixel-perfect accuracy.
• Make layout adjustments and minor UI design improvements as needed.
• Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement frontend changes efficiently.

3. Full-Stack / Backend Development Support

• Collaborate with the development team to understand application architecture and logic.
• Assist in debugging backend issues related to PHP/Laravel applications.
• Contribute to minor backend development tasks when necessary to facilitate testing or QA processes.

4. Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with developers, QA leads, UI/UX designers, and project managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality applications.
• Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and QA discussions (if Agile methodology is followed).
• Provide clear feedback and actionable recommendations to enhance application quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong PHP Laravel knowledge for backend testing and understanding workflows.
• QA/testing experience for web applications (functional, integration, regression).
• Proficient in HTML/CSS, with experience converting Figma designs into responsive web pages.
• Understanding of backend workflows, APIs, and database queries.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to multitask between testing and front-end implementation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React).
• Experience in automation testing or QA frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
