Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who can design, develop, and maintain our web applications, internal CRM systems, and workflow automation tools. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in front-end and back-end technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to integrate and customize platforms such as Trello.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive and user-friendly websites using modern front-end frameworks.
• Design, build, and maintain custom CRM systems tailored to company requirements.
• Create integrations and automated workflows using Trello, APIs, and other third-party tools.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Operations, Marketing) to understand needs and deliver solutions.
• Build secure, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Maintain existing codebases, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performance.
• Develop RESTful APIs and manage database structures.
• Ensure UI/UX alignment and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement version control practices using Git.
• Document all development processes, updates, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (website + CRM development).
• Strong proficiency in:
• Front-end: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React / Angular / Vue
• Back-end: Node.js, PHP, Python, or relevant frameworks
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
• Experience with Trello, Trello automation (Butler), and API integrations.
• Experience developing or customizing CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, custom-built, etc.).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and deployment methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of GitHub/GitLab pipelines (CI/CD).
• Experience in UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with Agile project management.

Pay: Rs120,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
