Full-Stack Developer (React & Node.js Focus)

Job Summary

We are looking for a powerhouse developer to lead the front-end and back-end development of our websites. While your primary responsibility is building a world-class front-end experience, you must be equally capable of managing server-side logic and database architecture. You will be the technical lead for our main digital asset.

Core Responsibilities

• Front-End Excellence: Develop high-performance, pixel-perfect user interfaces using React.js.
• Back-End Management: Build and maintain scalable server-side logic and APIs (Node.js/Express preferred).
• Database Design: Manage and optimize databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) to ensure fast data retrieval.
• Feature Integration: Implement complex features like calculators, user dashboards, and real-time updates.
• Performance: Ensure the website is optimized for speed, SEO, and mobile responsiveness across all Pakistani networks.

Technical Stack Requirements

• Front-End: Advanced React.js, Redux/Zustand, Tailwind CSS, and Framer Motion for animations.
• Back-End: Strong proficiency in Node.js and Express.
• Database: Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• APIs: Expertise in building and consuming RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• DevOps: Familiarity with AWS/DigitalOcean and CI/CD pipelines is a major plus.

Qualifications
