Full Stack Developer (React.js + .NET)

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of strong expertise in React.js on the frontend and .NET (C#) on the backend. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. Candidates with Accessibility (ADA/WCAG) experience are highly preferred, as we are committed to delivering inclusive and accessible digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React.js, .NET and RESTful APIs.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to implement responsive and accessible user interfaces.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
• Apply accessibility best practices (ADA/WCAG 2.1) in UI development.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle — from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for better performance.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines where applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and related libraries/frameworks.
• Proven experience with .NET, C#, and Entity Framework.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Experience working with SQL Server or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG) and experience implementing them in web applications.
• Experience with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or Azure DevOps).
• Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with React accessibility libraries or ARIA standards.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in distributed teams.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with emerging technologies.
