Job Title: Full-Stack Developer – Team Lead

Location: Mohali (On-site)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day Shift (9:30 AM – 7:00 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Developer (Team Lead) who can take ownership of projects, effectively communicate with clients, estimate timelines, and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers to ensure project success.
• Understand client requirements clearly and provide technical solutions accordingly.
• Estimate project timelines and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code for both frontend and backend.
• Review code, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development (with at least 1-2 years in a Team Lead role).
• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js.
• Backend: Node.js, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter),
• Frameworks & Stacks: MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js), MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js).
• CMS & Platforms: WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, Squarespace.
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Version Control: Git / GitHub / GitLab.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to estimate time for tasks/projects and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
