Full Stack Developer - Web

The developer is expected to:

• Write clean, readable, and maintainable code
• Commit code to GitHub daily
• Follow best practices for both frontend and backend development
• Ensure all UI components are responsive and match the design specifications
• Document APIs and endpoints
• Avoid introducing bugs or regressions
• Use reusable components (avoid copy-paste development)

Failure to meet code quality standards will be treated as a performance issue.

Work Schedule

• Total Work Hours: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break.
• Shift: Night shift (aligned with U.S. Central Time) to ensure real-time communication with management.

Daily Communication Requirements

• Mandatory Daily Standup Meeting (10–15 minutes) to discuss:
• Work completed the previous day
• Tasks planned for the current day
• Any blockers or issues

Required End-of-Day Update summarizing:

• Completed tasks
• Work in progress
• Any concerns or delays
• GitHub commits and staging link

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
