Job Location: Port Qasim Karachi

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Profile to oversee our production, maintenance, and new business initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in manufacturing operations, exceptional leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Management:
• Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of manufacturing goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and enhance operational performance.
• Maintenance Supervision:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance strategy to ensure the reliability and longevity of equipment.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to address mechanical and electrical issues.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and manage maintenance budgets effectively.
• Business Development:
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including market expansion and product diversification.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business growth targets and improve market positioning.
• Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Strategic Planning:
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute long-term operational and business development strategies.
• Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of professionals to achieve high performance and job satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Production, Maintenance management, with at least 3-5 years in a senior management role within a appliance manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record in production management, maintenance supervision, and business development.
• A strong understanding of evaporating technologies and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
