Full Stack Developer (WordPress + React + API Integration)

About the Role

We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer who can build and customize WordPress applications while also developing React components that integrate with modern APIs. The role is ideal for someone who is confident in both PHP/WordPress and modern JavaScript, and who can create scalable, API-driven dashboards.

The right candidate will be a self-starter, fluent in English (spoken and written), and able to learn and pick up new technologies quickly. As this is a client-facing role, good hygiene, neat appearance, and professional dress are required.

Responsibilities

• Build and customize WordPress-based applications (login, dashboards, roles, reporting tools).
• Develop custom WordPress plugins and extend functionality using PHP.
• Create and embed React/JavaScript components (charts, chat panels, interactive dashboards) inside WordPress.
• Integrate with third-party APIs (including AI APIs like OpenAI GPT).
• Manage data ingestion (CSV/JSON), scheduled jobs, and data exports (CSV/PDF).
• Implement charts and visualizations using Chart.js or Recharts.
• Set up lightweight backend endpoints (WordPress REST API or serverless functions e.g., Cloudflare Workers).
• Ensure secure authentication and role-based access for users.
• Communicate progress and provide documentation in fluent English.

Required Skills

• Fluent English (spoken and written) — able to work with international teams.
• WordPress Development: custom plugins, hooks, REST API, role/capability management.
• PHP: solid grasp for extending WordPress functionality.
• JavaScript/TypeScript + React: ability to build portable UI components that can later migrate into a React app.
• Databases: familiarity with SQL (Postgres/MySQL). Supabase experience is a plus.
• API Integration: experience connecting to and handling responses from external APIs.
• Data Handling: CSV/JSON ingestion, processing, exports to Excel/PDF.
• Visualization Libraries: Chart.js, Recharts, or similar tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with Supabase or other serverless databases.
• Experience with pgvector or vector databases (Pinecone).
• Knowledge of serverless platforms (Cloudflare Workers, Vercel).
• Exposure to SaaS-style dashboards.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
