Full Stack Developer(Mern)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers to understand project goals and implement technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, with exposure to Next.js for server-side rendering and performance optimization.
• Build responsive user interfaces and ensure smooth user experiences.
• Work with MongoDB to design and manage efficient data structures and handle moderate to large datasets.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate external or third-party services.
• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and follow standard version control procedures (Git).
• Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements when needed.
• Maintain high standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Basic to intermediate understanding of Next.js and server-side rendering concepts.
• Working knowledge of MongoDB and handling structured/unstructured data.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with Git, code versioning, and Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with AWS services
