Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring high performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness.
• Develop robust, efficient, and well-documented backend APIs and services with Node.js and Express.js, integrating seamlessly with MongoDB databases.
• Craft dynamic, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces for web applications using React.js.
• Design and build high-quality, cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android, ensuring native-like performance and user experience.
• Actively research, integrate, and deploy AI/Machine Learning models and tools into both web and mobile applications, creating intelligent features (predictive analytics, recommendation systems, natural language processing).
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Data Scientists, and QA Engineers from concept to deployment within an Agile development environment (Scrum preferred).
• Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, architectural design, coding, testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Implement and enforce best practices for code quality, security, and performance optimization across the entire stack.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in web, mobile, AI/ML technologies, and bring innovative solutions to the team.

Requirements

Work Experience

• 4-5 years of proven professional experience as a Full Stack Developer.
• A strong portfolio demonstrates expertise in MERN Stack development, mobile applications, and AI/ML integrations.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in MERN Stack development:
• MongoDB: Deep understanding of database design, querying, and optimization.
• Express.js & Node.js: Extensive experience in building scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
• React.js: Mastery of modern React, including Hooks, Context API, and state management.
• Demonstrated experience in cross-platform mobile development with Flutter and Dart.
• Solid experience with AI/Machine Learning tools and concepts, including:
• Familiarity with prominent ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with data processing, model integration, and deploying AI models into production environments via APIs.
• Proficiency with Git and modern version control workflows.
• Strong practical experience working within Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
